中外建工程设计与顾问有限公司是中华人民共和国建设部1993年批准成立的甲级建筑设计公司，公司本部设在北京，并在上海、广东、海南、浙江、辽宁等地设有分部。
　　公司具有建筑设计综合甲级资质、装饰设计甲级资质、工程建设监理甲级资质、工程总承包和工程造价咨询甲级资质。可承接国内外各类建筑、室内装饰、市政、园林工程设计、工程监理及相关的咨询服务和工程总承包业务。公司现有员工500余人，全部具有大学本科以上学历，其中国家一级注册建筑师26人，国家一级注册结构师20人，国家监理工程师29人，国家注册造价工程师师10人。各专业工程师 300余人，并拥有一批多年从事工程监理、工程咨询的资深专家和技术骨干。公司技术实力雄厚、专业配套齐全、设计手段先进，并具有较高的管理水平。

CHINA INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN & CONSULT CO.,LTD (CIEDC) was approved by the ministry of Construction of the P.R.C. in 1993, and headquartered in Beijing with subsidiaries in Shanghai, Guangdong, Hainan, Zhejiang and Liaoning.
Awarded with A-level certificates in comprehensive building design, project construction supervision, general contracting and project cost consulting, CIEDC boasts capabilities in providing various building, municipal engineering and landscape designs, project supervision and related consulting services and general contracting services to both domestic and overseas clients.
With over 500 employees, including 40 registered National Class A licensed architects, 18 registered National Class A licensed structure engineers, over 400 engineers and a group of experts and technical personnel with many years experience in project supervision and engineering consulting, CIEDC boasts strong technological strength, specialty variety, advanced design methods and management skills.
CIEDC has, since its foundation, completed planning and designs for over 100 projects including civil building, municipal utility, commercial, tourist and entertainment facilities and our outstanding design capability and excellent services have won high praise from the publics.
